We specialize in building Family Single Homes. Our homes are designed to offer comfort and functionality, featuring spacious living areas, cozy bedrooms, and modern amenities.

The terms for completing the construction of a custom-made house are about 4-6 months from the start of construction to the final finishing. The exact duration may vary depending on the complexity of the structure, weather conditions and other factors.

Upon completion of each home, we provide a standard structural warranty to protect against any potential defects in the construction process. This warranty typically covers major structural elements, such as the foundation, roof, and load-bearing walls, for a one year.
